Bluebell is an adorable, sweet and friendly girl whose tail never stops wagging! This sweet girl with the stunning blue eyes was found abandoned at a church in rural Mississippi. Lucky for this beautiful dog parishioners, began feeding her and then called Wags to help out.
Since she has been at the rescue Blue has made friends with everyone, running and playing with her foster brothers and sisters and following her Foster Mom all over the yard..
She was recently spayed and is fully vaccinated and heartworm negative, Blue is a healthy girl!
She is house trained at the rescue boat like any newcomer will likely need a refresher as she adjust to a new home. Bluebell would love a family that has time for her, will give her plenty of attention and exercise. She will make a wonderful family dog.
A little about Wags and adoption fees: The woman who runs Wags takes care of almost 200 dogs completely on her own, she finds stray dogs constantly and find it impossible to turn them away.
Wags is a licensed nonprofit, a 501 C3. Adoption fees are the only source of funding for Wags and help pay for the vaccines, microchip spay/neuter and the transport from Mississippi for the lucky dogs who get posted for adoption and fine loving homes. What little is left after those expenses helps pay for food and vet care for all the other dogs and of course, the multitude of other expenses that come from running a rescue.
Almost all of our dogs are in Mississippi and come up by Transport, dogs are listed along the Transport route or in an area where we may have volunteers who can help transport the dogs. Sometimes were able to bring up dogs into a foster home in the northeast, we always need foster homes!
