Dolly - Black And Tan Coonhound and Beagle Dog for Adoption in Irwin, Pennsylvania

Meet Dolly! This adorable 6–9-month-old little hound mix (we were told with a dash of Jack Russell) but she looks a lot like a Beagle and is expected to stay on the smaller side. Currently weighing just 21 pounds, she's a happy-go-lucky girl with a big personality packed into a little package!

Dolly is your typical nose-to-the-ground, food-motivated hound puppy who loves to explore and isn't shy about singing the song of her people... 24/7! Apartment living definitely isn't her thing. She's learning to walk on a leash, although her puppy energy and determination to follow her nose can sometimes leave you tangled up in the process!

She's crate trained and doing great with house training. She's also living with young children and enjoys them, but she's a bouncy, energetic puppy who may be a little too much for smaller kiddos.

Dolly is very friendly and sociable with other dogs and loves a good game of chase followed by cuddling up with a furry friend. Cats are still a little too exciting for her, and she'll chase if given the opportunity, but with time and training, she may learn to coexist with them. She's also met horses and might bark at them occasionally, but otherwise isn't too impressed!

Dolly is up to date on vaccines, and we're working on getting her spay scheduled. She's looking for a family ready for all the fun, adventure, puppy antics, and occasional hound concerts that come with loving a little girl like her!

And as Dolly might say... “I will always love you!”
