Cookie - Beagle and Mixed Breed Dog for Adoption in Irwin, Pennsylvania

If you're looking for a dog who will shower you with love, Cookie is your girl! This approximately 2-year-old, 20-pound Beagle mix is one of the most affectionate pups her foster has ever met. She bonds quickly, loves her humans with her whole heart, and will happily follow you wherever you go. And if there's a lap available? You can bet Cookie is already claiming it!

Cookie also loves to romp and play with other pups, so her dream home would include a playful doggy friend who doesn't mind sharing the spotlight (and their humans!). She's looking for someone who will give her all the love and attention she's so eager to give in return.

Because Cookie loves her people so much, she would thrive in a home where her humans are around most of the time. If you're looking for a loyal little companion who wants to be your shadow, your cuddle buddy, and your very best friend, Cookie is ready to steal your heart!

Cookie is up to date on her vaccines and is scheduled to be spayed on November 4th.

The Beagle is a beloved breed known for its friendly nature, curious personality, and distinctive howl. These small to medium sized dogs are incredibly sociable and get along well with both humans and other pets. Beagles are curious and energetic, always eager to follow a scent with their incredible sense of smell, making them excellent hunting and tracking dogs. Their short coat is easy to maintain, and they are adaptable to various living environments, making them popular companions for families and individuals alike.

The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.
