DOG'S DESCRIPTION: Big is Beautiful and Sweet Phoenix is Living Proof!
If your heart has room for a gentle giant, then Phoenix is ready to move in! This stunning Bernese Mountain Dog shows that the best things in life come in extra-large packages. Weighing in at 105 pounds of pure love, Phoenix is a beautiful soul who is finally getting the fresh start she deserves after being rescued from a breeder. Now, all that's missing is a forever family to call her own.
Not only is Phoenix devoted to her people, but she also gets along wonderfully with other dogs. She would fit in beautifully with a family that already has a four-legged friend, or she'd be perfectly content being your one and only. After spending her early years in a breeder's care, Phoenix is ready to discover what it truly means to be cherished and to have a place where she will always belong.
Could you be the forever family Phoenix has been waiting for? Apply today and come meet this beautiful girl—you'll soon discover how quickly she'll steal your heart.
Your new pet will require a refresher in house-training. K-9 Lifesavers strongly recommends all new adopters enroll their new pet into obedience training. This provides for an easier transition into a new home, ensures the dog remains well socialized, and helps form a bond between the dog and the new family.
Adoption fees cover basic vetting, rabies (if puppy is old enough), distemper/parvo vaccinations, deworming, monthly heartworm prevention while in our care (if old enough), monthly flea/tick prevention while in our care, and transport costs. K-9 Lifesavers will also cover the cost of spay/neuter at our partner vet at 6 months of age or reimburse adopter for up to the amount of our partner vet cost should you choose to spay/neuter at your own vet.
