Wayleen was surrendered due to having more energy than her previous home could accommodate, and she's now looking for a fresh start with an active family that can keep up with her zest for life. She would do best as the only pet in the home and in a household without young children, as her high energy and tendency to jump may be a bit overwhelming. Wayleen absolutely loves people and enjoys attention, but she will benefit from some continued training to help with her manners.
The good news is she already has a strong foundation-she is housebroken, crate trained, and does well when left alone. She enjoys being brushed and rides nicely in the car, making her a great companion for outings. On walks, she can be a bit of a puller, so some leash training will go a long way. Wayleen is very food motivated and responds best when treats are involved, which can be a great tool for reinforcing positive behaviors and continuing her training.
Wayleen is spayed, fully vaccinated, and microchipped. She is heartworm negative and on prevention. She has started dewormer.
