Meet Hershey, our uniquely charming and affectionate dog! He has the athletic build of a Border Collie combined with the distinctive head and face of a Pit Bull, giving him a one-of-a-kind appearance. At times, Hershey can be a bit shy, especially when he meets new people. During these moments, you'll often find him curled up quietly on the floor, seeking comfort in a cozy position.
Hershey has been with us since July 29, and we’ve noticed that he has become somewhat depressed. In his kennel, he tends to be very quiet, often lying down for long periods, seemingly lost in thought. He is still adjusting to his new environment, which can make him hesitant to come when called. This adjustment period has caused some uncertainty for him.

While in the kennel, Hershey displays a mix of behaviors; he may bark at other dogs, which reflects both insecurity and a hint of assertiveness. We believe that, with the right guidance, patience, and plenty of love, Hershey has the potential to thrive and truly come out of his shell.
