We found Anna wandering alone on a dirt road. We realized that she had recently given birth, because she was full of milk and still bleeding. We looked everywhere for the puppies but couldn’t find them. We suspect Anna was purposely dumped, which is very common where we rescue.
Our selfless volunteer took Anna home and is fostering her until she’s adopted. She is healing and getting stronger everyday. She has been a great dog since we rescued her, and we know she’ll make her new family very happy.
Anna has been very sweet and gentle with children as young as 7. She is also cat friendly and gets along with the cat in her foster home. She gets along with every dog she meets too.
Anna is house trained and leash trained. She has a laid back personality, and isn’t a high energy girl. She likes to go for walks.
Anna is 3 years old and weighs 45 pounds. We think she’s a Staffordshire Terrier mix. She is spayed, vaccinated for rabies, DHPP and Bordetella. She is also microchipped, heartworm negative and is current on flea/tick and heartworm prevention.
Anna can arrive in Kent, WA on 11//21. If you are interested in adopting, please fill out the application found here: https://throwadogabone.org/adopt.
