Meet Samson

If you like your puppies with big paws, beautiful eyes, and a whole lot of growing left to do, Samson might be your boy.

Samson is just 13 weeks old and already about 15 pounds, and he’s expected to reach approximately 70 pounds when fully grown. This is not going to be a little lap dog — although Samson may never get that memo. His future family should genuinely love big dogs and be ready for all the food, fun, couch space, and love that comes along with one.

Samson is a striking mostly white puppy with brindle/gray markings, gorgeous light-colored eyes, and an unforgettable pink-and-black nose. We believe he may be a Lab/Hound mix, although with a puppy this young and no known parentage, breed is our best guess.

Like any 13-week-old puppy, Samson is still at the very beginning of his story. He’ll need a family prepared to continue puppy training, housebreaking, socialization, and teaching him all the things a growing boy needs to know. In return, you’ll get the chance to watch this beautiful baby grow from a 15-pound puppy into one very handsome big boy.

Samson is currently in the process of getting the care he needs, including deworming and vaccinations, as the rescue prepares him for his next chapter.

Please don’t fall for those pretty eyes unless you’re prepared for the approximately 70 pounds of dog that’s coming with them.
