Willow Fern Loganne Gov. - Domestic Short Hair Cat for Adoption in West Peoria, Illinois

Meet Willow Fern!

Willow Fern is a striking 4-year-old solid black Domestic Shorthair who showed up at an apartment complex as friendly as could be. Thankfully, a caring individual noticed this beautiful girl, began feeding her, and reached out to Grafelman Farms Rescue for help.

Although Willow wasn't actively nursing when she came to us, she had clearly been through motherhood before. Based on her condition, it appeared that she had given birth to at least one litter within the past six months. While we can't change what this sweet girl has already experienced, we can make sure she never has to go through another pregnancy.

Willow is now spayed, up to date on her vaccines, and ready for a fresh start. No more litters. No more worrying about where her next meal will come from. Just the opportunity to be someone's beloved companion.

With her gorgeous black coat and friendly personality, Willow is a girl who deserves to be treasured. We hope her next chapter includes a cozy home, a soft bed, plenty of love, and a family who will remind her every day that she is finally safe.

Willow Fern is ready to leave her days of survival behind and start living the life she deserves.

The adoption fee covers their spay/neuter, age-appropriate vaccines, flea/tick preventatives, deworming medication, and microchip registration. You can apply at https://gfrpets.org/apply/adoptcat/
