Sakura - Domestic Short Hair Cat for Adoption in Vaughan, Ontario

***Sakura has survived the first years of her young life in a colony, raising her kittens and fending for her little family. She would need cat companions in her future home to feel grounded and secure. Any of her kittens would be great choices, or given appropriate introduction and integration, Sakura can settle in with other calm and friendly cats.

Sakura is a sweet, gentle mama cat who has been a wonderful and devoted mother to her kittens, whom she is now gradually weaning.

Sakura is naturally very shy and cautious around people, and can become frightened easily. She is a natural introvert and will occasionally hide for some personal time. She allows gentle pets but may retreat when feeling overwhelmed.

Sakura enjoys being brushed and absolutely loves treats, which are great ways to build her trust and help her become more comfortable with people. This beautiful, gentle and shy cat deserves a safe place where she can finally cease to fend for herself, and focus instead on forming bonds with the people who love and cherish her.

Our adoption fees cover vetting and include spay/neuter, vaccines (initial FVRCP and rabies), flea treatment, two dewormings and microchipping.

Adoption fees are $250 for each adult cat 1 year or older. Please note that fees may apply for additional required vaccinations (at $75 per booster) due prior to adoption. Total adoption fees will be confirmed by the AVA Adoption Coordinator.
