Thistle is the independent thinker of the group. While her siblings may be busy demanding attention or getting into mischief, Thistle is perfectly content to lounge nearby and take life at her own pace.
She gets along well with other cats and is currently learning that dogs aren't nearly as intimidating as they seem. When it comes to people, Thistle likes to take her time getting acquainted. She may not immediately climb into your lap, but that doesn't mean she doesn't want to be around you. She's happiest hanging out nearby, quietly keeping you company in her own way.
Of course, all bets are off when the kitty wand comes out! This laid-back girl suddenly has plenty of energy and is more than ready to chase, pounce, and show off her playful side.
Thistle isn't necessarily the kitten who will spend all day curled up in your lap, but she's the one who will choose to be in the same room, settle down nearby, and gradually build a special bond with her people. She's a great match for someone who appreciates a cat with an independent personality and is happy to let their relationship develop naturally.
If you're looking for a laid-back companion who enjoys her independence but still wants to be part of your world-with occasional bursts of serious kitten energy-Thistle might be your gal.
