Yoshi - Domestic Short Hair Cat for Adoption in Seattle, Washington

Please read through the entire posting and requirements before applying via our questionnaire at alleycatproject.org/adopt. Please do not submit an inquiry via Petfinder.

Meet Yoshi, a very cuddly and loving cat, always looking to spend more time on your lap and give you all the cuddles you want! She is approximately 2 years old.

This caramel-coated tortie loves to purr, make you company, and roll around after some pets. She will not waste an opportunity of being on your legs or lap while you watch TV or relax. Her favorite things include a bit of churu and feather wands.

What Yoshi’s looking for in a home:

- She has lots of energy and will benefit from plenty of active play time.
- She feels at ease in a quiet and calm environment.
- She needs to live indoors only.
- She has a positive history with other cats and may like having a feline friend close to her age.
- She would prefer not to have dogs in the home.
- She has no known history with children.

All Alley Cat Project’s cats are spayed/neutered, microchipped, and vaccinated prior to adoption. Consistent with Association of Shelter Veterinarians (ASV) guidelines, ACP follows current shelter medicine practices and does not routinely test every healthy, low-risk cat for FIV and FeLV.

Alley Cat Project adoption fees are:

- $200 per cat or kitten
- $350 for pair of cats or kittens
- $50 for senior cat (over 8 years old)
- Flexible reduced fees for a cat with a chronic medical condition that requires ongoing care
- Adjustable fee upon request for adopters who are low income, and seniors, disabled, or others with fixed incomes.
- Additional charitable donations are appreciated and support our overall rescue efforts

Thank you for your interest in adopting Yoshi! If your household fits the above criteria, you can apply to adopt her by filling out this questionnaire: alleycatproject.org/adopt

Only applicants who complete the questionnaire will be considered. Please do not submit an inquiry through Petfinder, as it will not replace the questionnaire and we will not respond. Many of our cats receive numerous applications, and we thank you for your patience while we review applications and find the best match. Local Seattle applicants only, please.

Please do not follow up on your application by phone or email as this will not expedite a response. As a 100% volunteer-run organization, we appreciate your understanding.
