Arus Lintas and Sverdrup are 3-month-old goofy tabby twins looking for their forever home!
These tabby sisters are hilarious. Two matching peas in a pod! They love all the best things in life - sleeping directly on top of one another, squeaking about who gets the primo lap spots, and chasing each other and their favorite toys up and down the stairs. They are sweet, social, silly and filled with love. Arus Lintas (pink nose, big eyes) loves to start her day with a hearty breakfast, while Sverdrup (dark nose, white collar) prefers her pets and maybe a chance to sit on your lap or shoulder first. After their bellies are full, they usually like to have a little playtime wrestling with each other or chasing a tin foil ball around. Then it's time for naps! For Sverdrup, the ideal nap spot is someone's lap. For AL, your shoulder (or under your hair if you have long hair) is the best. If their people aren't available, they will happily nap on top of each other! Rinse and repeat throughout the day, with little breaks for some snacks, wrestling, and fly-catching if a fly happens to appear indoors or out. The day ends as it started - with dinner and snuggs and then a peaceful night for everyone!
Arus Lintas and Sverdrup are medium-energy kittens. They do get the zoomies, love wrestling, and benefit from social interactions with people (and other cats if you have them). However, they also spend a lot of time sleeping or just resting. Neither of them are intensely curious - they are very content with the lives they lead and really only show an interest in new things or places when explicitly introduced to them. Arus Lintas loves to be underfoot, but so far, they don't seem like the kind of cats where you'll need to worry about escapes or interest in off-limits locations or items - so long as they've got playtime and laps to snooze on, they are happy campers!
They currently live in a single-family home with some of their other biological siblings, an unrelated adult male cat (who they get along well with), and two adult humans.
Arus Lintas and Sverdrup aren't picky! All they ask is a home where they can settle in and grow up as loved members of a family. They'd love windows to bird watch from, a cat tree to climb and nap in, and human friends who want to snuggle and play in the evening (or - even better! - who work from home and want an assistant to keep their lap warm and filled with purrs!). They'd be happy to live with other cats, or with respectful kids who provide laps, toys and pets. However, they would also be very happy to just have each other and you!
These cuties have been in foster care since before their eyes were open, and are well-socialized, sweet kitties. Whoever adopts them will be rewarded with so many snuggles, and such sweet faces! Don't be worried about getting them mixed up - once you spend time with them, you'll see that they really are individuals!
Arus Lintas and Sverdrup are scheduled to be spayed on May 23rd and will be ready to join their furever family after.

All cats have received comprehensive veterinary care and tested negative for feline leukemia and FIV unless otherwise stated. Cats are up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccinations and have been spayed/neutered, treated for fleas and/or ear mites, de-wormed, and microchipped. Please note there may be additional follow up visits and boosters that are not covered by Pet Haven after adoption.
