Hajj is a sweet, gentle little tabby cat who is getting braver by the day. She arrived very fearful of humans but has learned to love head and cheek scratches, and will purr and make biscuits with her paws and even roll over and let you scratch her belly. She’s still building up her confidence about being out in the open when people are around, she’ll pop out of her hiding spot for a bit but mostly enjoys being pet while in a safe, covered space. But she clearly wants the company - she meows from the door of her bathroom when she hears us around! We’re working on getting her comfortable hanging out in larger spaces and being held.
