Frost, born approximately 7/6/2026, is a little gentleman with a quiet soul, a gentle nature, and the most beautiful icy blue eyes. Named after poet Robert Frost, this handsome solid white boy seems to share his namesake’s peaceful, thoughtful spirit. There is something wonderfully wise and tender about him, as though he’s quietly observing the world and taking it all in.

Born to a semi feral mama who he is the absolute spitting image of, Frost inherited her cautious, observant nature and is still learning that humans might actually be pretty wonderful. But every day, he is becoming a little braver, a little more trusting, and a little more confident. And beneath that shy exterior is an absolute marshmallow just waiting for the right person to bring him out of his shell.

Frost’s favorite companion is his brother, Silverstein. The two love to play, explore, and curl up together for cozy snuggles, and having his brother by his side gives Frost the confidence to keep discovering all the good things life has to offer.

He may need a little patience while he finds his footing, but watching Frost blossom is something truly special. Give this sweet, snowy boy a safe place, a little encouragement, and plenty of time, and he’ll show you just how soft that marshmallow heart can be.

Adopting from Sheets Pet Adoption is simple! Request an application, answer a few follow-up questions, then when your application is approved, we set up a meet-greet. The application helps us guide you to your best match. If we do not have your best match, we can refer you to other great rescue groups.

Our adoption fee is $100 for each cat 6 months and older, $150 if you adopt two 6+ month-old cats at the same time. $125 for each kitten, $200 for two kittens adopted at the same time. That fee includes spay or neuter, microchipping (we register the chip for you), testing for FeLV (Feline Leukemia) and/or FIV (Feline Immunodeficiency Virus), current, age-appropriate vaccinations, flea treatment and deworming. All adoptees receive an exit exam from one of our veterinarians before going home.

NO RISK! Adoption fee is refundable for two weeks to make sure you've found a match for your household. Even after two-week period, we'll take the adopted cat back for any reason.

Come to our adoption fairs, held every second and fourth Saturday at Sheets Pet Clinic (809 Chimney Rock Court, Greensboro, NC, 27409) from 1-3pm, unless the Saturday falls on an observed holiday. At the clinic on those days, you can visit sometimes 40 kittens/cats at one time, interact with them in a quiet environment, spend as much time as you like with them in exam rooms.
