Stirfry, born approximately 7/1/2026, is a bite sized snack with a BIG personality!

This fluffy little black kitten is an absolute social butterfly who has never met a stranger and apparently has no interest in waiting for an invitation. Stirfry confidently marches right up to his people, climbs right onto them and immediately gets to work purring up a storm.

With his soft, fluffy black coat, oversized ears, enormous curious eyes and adorable little button nose, Stirfry is practically impossible to resist. Add in that charming red heart covered bow tie and he looks like he was dressed specifically for a date with his future forever family.

But his looks are only the beginning.

Stirfry is confident, outgoing, affectionate and wonderfully people oriented. He wants to be where the action is and, preferably, where the people are. Once he reaches you, he melts right into affection as though cuddling humans has always been his life plan.

He may be pint sized, but this boy has enough personality to fill an entire room. He is charming, fearless, loving and completely convinced that everyone he meets is simply a new friend he has not cuddled yet.

Adopting from Sheets Pet Adoption is simple! Request an application, answer a few follow-up questions, then when your application is approved, we set up a meet-greet. The application helps us guide you to your best match. If we do not have your best match, we can refer you to other great rescue groups.

Our adoption fee is $100 for each cat 6 months and older, $150 if you adopt two 6+ month-old cats at the same time. $125 for each kitten, $200 for two kittens adopted at the same time. That fee includes spay or neuter, microchipping (we register the chip for you), testing for FeLV (Feline Leukemia) and/or FIV (Feline Immunodeficiency Virus), current, age-appropriate vaccinations, flea treatment and deworming. All adoptees receive an exit exam from one of our veterinarians before going home.

NO RISK! Adoption fee is refundable for two weeks to make sure you've found a match for your household. Even after two-week period, we'll take the adopted cat back for any reason.

Come to our adoption fairs, held every second and fourth Saturday at Sheets Pet Clinic (809 Chimney Rock Court, Greensboro, NC, 27409) from 1-3pm, unless the Saturday falls on an observed holiday. At the clinic on those days, you can visit sometimes 40 kittens/cats at one time, interact with them in a quiet environment, spend as much time as you like with them in exam rooms.
