Cecile - Domestic Short Hair Cat for Adoption in Grand Rapids, Michigan

Meet Cecile, a super soft gray and white older kitten who was found living with her littermates Marcel and Pierre in an abandoned, condemned home. They were being fed by a concerned neighbor and then rescued and brought to us where they are thriving in a foster home!

Cecile is very playful and especially loves playing with ball track toys and chasing springs! Watching birds and squirrels from the cat tree is also a favorite passtime. She seeks and loves attention, being cuddled, and will nap on your lap or curled up next to her brother Marcel.

We believe that kittens are happiest when they have another kitty to play with so Cecile will need to be adopted with another kitten or already have a young playful cat in her new home. She would love to be adopted with one of her littermates!

Cecile has been spayed, vaccinated, snap tested, and microchipped. Her approximate birthdate is 03/10/2026 and her adoption fee is $120.

If you are interested in meeting Cecile or any of the cats at Second Chance Cats of West Michigan, please go to sccatswm.org/adopt to fill out an application, or stop in during open hours on Fridays from 11-2 or Saturdays and Sundays from 11-4.

Please note - we can only adopt to those who live within a one hour drive of Grand Rapids.

Thank you!
