Meet Benito!

If you're looking for a sweet, thoughtful kitten who will quietly steal your heart, Benito may be the perfect match.

Benito is the only boy in the Bad Bunny litter, and growing up with four outgoing sisters has taught him how to share the spotlight. While some of his siblings are quick to demand attention, Benito tends to hang back just a little, taking everything in before joining the fun. His gentle personality can sometimes be overshadowed by his more boisterous sisters, but anyone who takes the time to get to know him quickly discovers what a special kitten he is.

His story began before he was even born. A kind woman noticed a pregnant stray cat visiting her home and began leaving food out for her. One day, mama disappeared, only to return several weeks later with her kittens in tow. Believing she had found a safe place for them, mama tucked her babies into the wheel well of the woman's car. Thankfully, their tiny cries were heard before anyone drove away. The family quickly brought mama and kittens inside and reached out to RARE for help.

Benito is incredibly sweet, curious, and affectionate. He loves exploring his surroundings, investigating anything new, and keeping an eye on what his people are doing. While he may not always be the loudest kitten in the room, he's often nearby, quietly participating in whatever adventure is unfolding.

Like any kitten, Benito loves to play. He enjoys chasing toys, wrestling with his siblings, and exploring new spaces. But he's also content to slow down and spend time with his humans, making him a wonderful balance of playful and loving.

Benito and his siblings are also expert litter box users, making the transition into their forever homes even easier.

Benito would thrive in a home where he can truly shine and show off his sweet personality. He's proof that sometimes the quietest kittens have the most to say.

BREEDS: We are not breed experts. The breed(s) listed for each adoptable are best guesses or suggestions.

PLEASE NOTE: We are a non-profit organization without municipal or government funding. Veterinary/Medical expenses are constant for an animal rescue. Our adoption fees not only help to provide vetting and care for the animal being adopted, but they also help to cover heartworm treatments and other treatable ailments that many animals, that would otherwise be euthanized, need in order to be made available for adoption.

Please understand that adopting an animal is a LIFETIME COMMITMENT to that animal and there will be veterinary expenses throughout their life that can often cost several hundreds, if not thousands of dollars (without pet insurance), especially without annual checkups and preventative care. As a potential family for this pet you are responsible for their safety and that includes keeping them on your property.

***If you are not in the middle Tennessee area, transport can potentially be arranged to approved homes, depending on distance and local adaptability. We normally do not allow adoptions outside of 1.5 hours driving distance.
