Dumplin' is a gorgeous long-haired blue-gray kitten with the fluffiest coat, the sweetest face, and a personality that's just as lovable as his looks.

His story started when his pregnant mama showed up on a kind woman's doorstep looking for help. She made sure the little family was safe and fed, and when mom eventually disappeared, Meowtown stepped in. I've been fostering Dumplin' and his four siblings for the past month, and what a transformation it has been. When they arrived, they were tiny, flea-infested babies weighing barely a pound each. Today, they're healthy, happy, playful kittens with round little bellies and lots of confidence.

Dumplin' is one of the more laid-back kittens in the group, but don't mistake that for shy. He's usually the first one brave enough to investigate a new toy while his siblings sit back and evaluate the situation. Once he gives it his approval, everyone else joins in.

And while he loves to play, his favorite thing in the world is a good face massage. The moment you start rubbing his eyes, cheeks and nose, his eyes slowly close and he turns on his purr machine.

Dumplin' has been showered with love, cuddles, and kisses every day in foster care, and it shows. He's friendly, affectionate, and ready to bring his fluffy charm to a forever home.

At Meowtown, we don’t have a traditional, physical shelter - all of our cats live in loving foster homes. That means they are already used to real home life, and we truly know their personalities, habits, and what makes them special. They are safe, socialized, and ready to be part of a family. They’re not waiting to become housecats… they already are. They just need a house.

This kitten has not been neutered yet, but is available as Foster2Adopt. You adopt and take the kitten home with you, and we pay for and arrange for neuter later.
