MABLE — ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FOSTER-TO-ADOPT

Mable is a 7-year-old female Lab and, as it turns out, the daughter of Marley and Max. The three have spent their lives together and came to us after their previous owners moved and they were left behind.

Mable is friendly and has lived with children and other dogs. Her history with cats is unknown. She's now trying to adjust from years of familiar surroundings to the noise and activity of a shelter, and understandably, she's still confused by all of it.

She loves food, tries to keep her kennel tidy and is learning the nuances of leash walking. She's done well around most of the dogs she's encountered here, but right now we're giving her time and space to settle before pretending we know everything about who she is.

Mable is currently accepting applications for Foster-to-Adopt while we work toward completing her veterinary care. Once fully vetted, her adoption can be finalized.
