Meet Grizzly Bear !

Grizzly Bear may weigh only 10 pounds, but this little 3 year old guy has already lived through one pretty incredible story!

Grizzly was found in Memphis tied to a pole by the owner of the Memphis Grizzlies basketball team. He was in such terrible condition and they immediately rushed him to a veterinarian. He was extremely weak, but his bloodwork and vitals gave everyone reason to believe this little guy still had some fight left in him!

Thankfully, they were right!

Grizzly received the care he desperately needed and was then brought into rescue, where he spent time living inside a foster home as part of a huge pack of dogs. Once he was safe, healthy, and surrounded by friends, Grizzly Bear showed everyone exactly who he really is!

Now Grizzly has made his way to The Asher House, and the tiny dog who was once found tied to a pole is healthy, happy, and ready for a family of his very own!

Grizzly does great with other dogs and fits beautifully into a pack! He's lived with dogs of all different sizes and gets along with everyone. He's also kid and cat friendly and seems perfectly happy sharing his world with just about anybody!

Grizzly is an easy little companion who could fit into so many different kinds of homes and lifestyles! He's social, adaptable, sweet, and simply an awesome little dog who deserves the very best second half of his story!

The little dog who once looked like he might not make it is now very much here-and ready to live the life he almost didn't get the chance to have!
