Hi, I'm Janis!

I'm a beautiful 1-year-old Terrier mix weighing just 10 pounds, and I'm ready to find out what the next chapter of my life has in store for me.

I was recently surrendered along with 15 other pups, so life has changed quite a bit. But I'm looking ahead and excited about what comes next. Hopefully, that means finding a forever family who will love me and let me be part of their everyday life.

I'm a sweet girl who loves being around people, and I get along great with other dogs. I'm guessing I could do well with cats too, as long as they give me a little time and patience while I adjust and figure things out.

One thing I'd really love is someone willing to help me work on my leash skills. I want to be able to head out with you for walks, explore new places, and join you on as many adventures as possible. I'm only one, so I have plenty of time to learn, and I'm ready to give it my best.

Of course, adventures aren't everything. When the day winds down, I'd be just as happy cuddling up beside you while you settle in and catch up on your favorite shows. I think I could get pretty good at being both your adventure buddy and your couch companion.
