DESCRIPTION
Hi, I'm Daphne!
I'm an adorable 2-month-old Hound mix, and I came to Paws Fur Recovery with my four siblings. I've loved all the snuggles and silly adventures with my brothers and sisters, but now I'm dreaming of a family and a cozy spot to call my very own.
I'm a sweet, playful, and affectionate little girl who loves having fun and exploring everything around me. I have plenty of puppy energy and curiosity, and I'm always ready for my next little adventure.
When playtime is over, I'm happiest curled up with my favorite people, soaking up all the love and attention I can get. A cozy lap and some good cuddles sound pretty perfect to me!
I'm looking for a family who will give me lots of love, patience, training, adventures, and a lifetime of cuddles.
I have so much love to give-I'm just waiting for my people to find me.
Could you be my new best friend and forever family?
Love,
Daphne

The hound dog breed is a diverse group known for their incredible hunting abilities and keen sense of smell. These dogs are esteemed for their athleticism, endurance, and loyalty, making them excellent companions for active individuals and families alike. With a rich history of assisting hunters in tracking and trailing game, hounds possess a strong prey drive and a distinctive bay when on the hunt. Hounds come in various sizes and coat types, each with its unique characteristics, but they all share a remarkable intelligence and a friendly disposition.
The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.
