Toby is a four-year-old male who appears to be a wirehaired terrier mix, possibly mixed with Cairn Terrier, Poodle, or another small companion breed. Because he was rescued from the streets of Tijuana, his breed is our best estimate based on his appearance.

With his tousled cream-and-caramel coat, wispy beard, slender legs, expressive face, and fluffy curled tail, Toby looks like a tiny storybook character. His wonderfully scruffy appearance gives him an irresistible charm that is entirely his own.

Toby is friendly with people and social with other dogs. At four years old, he is beyond the puppy stage but still has many years of companionship, adventures, and love ahead of him.

Toby needs a foster or adoptive home! Fostering will give him a safe place to settle into family life while he waits for his forever match.
