DESCRIPTION
Meet Francli—the little low-rider with an unforgettable smile!
Francli is a five-month-old male who appears to be a Pug/Dachshund mix. Because he was rescued from the streets of Tijuana, his breed is our best estimate based on his appearance.
With his long, low-set body, short legs, sleek black coat, floppy ears, and adorable little underbite, Francli is truly one of a kind. His expressive face has just the right combination of sweetness and mischief—you can't help but wonder what this funny little character is thinking!
Francli is friendly with people and social with other dogs. At only five months old, he is still a puppy and will need continued training, patience, playtime, and love as he grows.
