Terrier Dogs Available for Adoption in Durango, Colorado

URGENT — SNOOPY ARRIVES TUESDAY & HAS NOWHERE TO GO.



At only 1 year old, Snoopy has already survived things no dog ever should.



He was found wandering the streets of El Paso dirty, starving, and eating garbage just to stay alive. He was almost hit by a semi truck before someone finally stepped in to save him.



Now Snoopy is making the trip to Denkai on Tuesday, May 12 after the sanctuary he was staying at became unsafe and life-threatening due to ongoing threats and issues in the surrounding community.



But there's one heartbreaking problem:



Snoopy still does NOT have a foster or adoptive home waiting for him when he arrives.



After everything he's endured, we desperately do not want this sweet boy sitting in boarding wondering why no one chose him.



And despite all he's been through, Snoopy is still incredibly loving.



Good with dogs

Good with cats

Loves all humans

Sweet, friendly, and just wants to be safe



He survived the streets.

He survived hunger.

He survived nearly being killed by traffic.



Now he just needs someone to give him a chance.



PLEASE — if you have room in your home, apply to foster or adopt Snoopy.



We also urgently need donations to help cover his care and the medical needs of the other incoming rescue dogs.

Funds will go toward:

• Veterinary exams

• Vaccines

• Deworming

• Food & supplies

• Quarantine/intake care

• Emergency medical needs

• Spay/neuter preparations

• Transport support



Every rescue like this is a leap of faith. We say yes because these dogs often have nowhere else to go.
