Teddy - Spaniel Dog for Adoption in Fort Collins, Colorado

Meet Teddy: Part Fox, Part Elf, 100% Pure Magic!

If you took a pinch of Pomeranian, a dash of woodland fox, and a sprinkle of magical elf, you’d end up with Teddy! At just 1 year old and a perfectly portable 10–15lbs, this little guy is truly one-of-a-kind.

Teddy is as sweet and well-mannered as they come. He is fully house-trained, kennel-trained, and gets along wonderfully with dogs of all shapes and sizes. His ideal day starts with a joyful zoomie session in the yard with a canine buddy, followed immediately by dropping into your lap for endless snuggles. After his play time, he is the most affectionate, polite cuddle bug you'll ever meet. Oh, and did we mention his walk? Teddy doesn’t just trot—he prances like he knows he’s the main character. He had a rough start when his previous owners had to move, but his heart remains completely open and ready for a forever family. Teddy is an easy-breezy companion who will fit effortlessly into almost any home!

Teddy is a 1-year-old mixed breed rescued from a high-intake shelter. This dog's adoption fee is $600 and includes up-to-date vaccinations, microchip, 4DX testing, and neuter. Teddy is also tested with other dogs, children, and potty and kennel trained. He is not tested with cats. We would love for you to meet this dog and see if he might be a good fit for your home.

The first step to adoption is completing an adoption application on our website at www.bounceanimalrescue.org. Pending approval, your application is valid for 1 year, and you will be eligible to request a hold on an individual animal for the Saturday adoption event. The hold does not require that you take the animal home, but ensures you get to meet and make an adoption decision prior to other applicants. Also pending approval, you will be able to acquire foster home contact information, so you inquire on personalities of specific animals.

We do offer midweek private adoption appointments for approved applicants pending staff, foster home, and vetting schedules. Because we are 100% foster-based, private adoption appointments are only offered for individual animals. (If interested in viewing multiple animals at one time, we encourage you to attend our adoption events!)

Please note, adoption applications are processed within 1–2 business days. Adoption applications cannot be processed onsite at adoption events.

Our adoption events take place every Saturday from 10am-Noon at Pet Supplies Plus (Front Range Village, 2912 Council Tree Ave #100, Fort Collins, 80525).

For additional questions regarding meeting this dog please contact us via text/email at 970.699.6772 or contact@bounceanimalrescue.org. We apologize for any inconvenience, but due to a high volume of inquiries, calls and voicemails regarding adoption will not be returned.

Thank you for choosing adoption! If you would like more information on our organization please visit our website at www.bounceanimalrescue.org.
