Tank - Chihuahua and Papillon Dog for Adoption in Fort Collins, Colorado

*We will not be hosting adoption events on Saturday, October 24 or Saturday, October 31. Private adoption appointments for individual animals will be available to pre-approved applicants from October 19 through November 1.*

Meet Tank! Tank is a man of the people and is happiest when he has someone to keep company. He’ll happily prance along behind you while you clean the house, then settle in beside you for a cozy evening on the couch. Whether he’s supervising your daily routine or joining you for movie night, Tank simply enjoys being part of the action. And when you come home, his sweet face and adorable ears will be right there to greet you. If you’re looking for a loyal companion who’s always happy to have you around, Tank is ready to fill the role!

Tank is an 8-month-old mixed breed rescued from a high-intake shelter. This dog's adoption fee is $900 and includes up-to-date vaccinations, microchip, 4DX testing, and neuter. Tank is also tested with other dogs, children, and kennel trained. He is not tested with cats and working on potty training in foster care. We would love for you to meet this dog and see if he might be a good fit for your home.

The first step to adoption is completing an adoption application on our website at www.bounceanimalrescue.org. Pending approval, your application is valid for 1 year, and you will be eligible to request a hold on an individual animal for the Saturday adoption event. The hold does not require that you take the animal home, but ensures you get to meet and make an adoption decision prior to other applicants. Also pending approval, you will be able to acquire foster home contact information, so you inquire on personalities of specific animals.

We do offer midweek private adoption appointments for approved applicants pending staff, foster home, and vetting schedules. Because we are 100% foster-based, private adoption appointments are only offered for individual animals. (If interested in viewing multiple animals at one time, we encourage you to attend our adoption events!)

Please note, adoption applications are processed within 1–2 business days. Adoption applications cannot be processed onsite at adoption events.

Our adoption events take place every Saturday from 10am-Noon at Pet Supplies Plus (Front Range Village, 2912 Council Tree Ave #100, Fort Collins, 80525).

For additional questions regarding meeting this dog please contact us via text/email at 970.699.6772 or contact@bounceanimalrescue.org. We apologize for any inconvenience, but due to a high volume of inquiries, calls and voicemails regarding adoption will not be returned.

Thank you for choosing adoption! If you would like more information on our organization please visit our website at www.bounceanimalrescue.org.
