Meet Nico!

Nico is a handsome 2-year-old Husky who is still getting settled in and showing us who he is! He's only been with us for a few days, but so far, this goofy boy has been nothing but sweet.

Nico came to us when his previous family could no longer keep him due to allergies. His former owner told us that he did well with both other animals and children, and we're looking forward to getting to know him better and seeing that silly Husky personality come out as he becomes more comfortable.

So far, Nico has been a sweet, playful, goofy guy who seems to be happy to make new friends. He's still getting used to his new surroundings, so there's plenty more for us to learn about him! We'll be spending time getting to know his personality, preferences, and what kind of home will make him happiest.

As with any Husky, Nico's future family should be prepared for an energetic, intelligent dog who will need plenty of exercise, enrichment, and opportunities to use that busy Husky brain. He's the kind of guy who will probably keep you laughing-and occasionally wondering exactly what he was thinking.

Nico is not quite ready to go home just yet. He still needs to be evaluated by our veterinary team and neutered before he's available for adoption. He's also currently dealing with some less-than-stellar poops , so we're working on getting his tummy sorted out before he heads off to his forever home.

Nico is just getting started on his journey with us, and we're excited to watch his personality unfold. If you're looking for a goofy Husky boy to fill your home with love, laughter, and probably a concerning amount of fur, Nico might just be your guy.
