Meet Mirabella!

Mirabella is a beautiful 2-year-old girl who is looking for a very special forever home. She is house trained, gets along well with other dogs, and loves being close to her human. In fact, Mirabella will happily insist that bedtime means sleeping right next to her person!

Mirabella does have separation anxiety, so she needs a home with another dog for companionship and someone who is home most of the time. She would not do well living in an apartment.

Typically, an application and home visit (both of which are required for adoption) MUST be completed, BEFORE a potential adopter will be introduced to one of our pets, in order to first determine that our basic adoption requirements are met, prior to introductions being made. We also utilize personal reference and vet checks (to ensure that any pets already in the potential adoptive home are current on vaccines, heart worm prevention and sterilized) in our adoption process, all of which is intended to ensure that the best match, between pet and people, is made. The adoption fee is based on on the dog's age.

Originally bred as companion dogs for Chinese royalty, Shih Tzus are friendly, outgoing, and loving pets.
