Shih Tzu Dogs Available for Adoption in Jamestown, North Dakota

Gizmo is a male < best guess> Shih-tzu mix who came to our stray as a matted mess. He came to us from another rescue as they had no room for him. As you can see, his coat was so matted and potential adopters will need to budget for grooming every couple months to keep his coat looking its best.
Gizmo is a little timid and hand shy when you approach him. He will warm up quickly once he gets to know you and his surroundings.
Gizmo is in a foster home with other dogs his size and cats. He hasn't been around kids yet.
Gizmo is working in house and crate training. He has been marking in the house and hopefully getting neutered will help and consistent routine outside trips. Gizmo's teeth were in need of a dental cleaning and cleaning during neuter
All medical work is completed prior to adoption including neuter shots worming flea treatment rabies shot kennel cough micro chip grooming Dental cleaning and vet examination.
The adoption fee is $200 + tax with an approved application. The pre-adoption application is available on the website www.prairiepawsrescue.com.
Prairie Paws Rescue does not adopt on a first come basis but who will provide the best home suited to the pets needs
