Cupcake is an absolute sweetheart who loves people and gets along well with other dogs. She would make a wonderful companion for someone who spends a lot of time at home and is looking for a loving little friend to share their days with.

Cupcake is spayed and up to date on her vaccinations. At 13 years young, she's not asking for much, just a comfortable place to call home, a little peace and quiet, and someone who will love and cherish her for the rest of her life.

ADOPTION PROCESS:

1. You must begin our adoption process by applying to adopt on clawsadopt.org. Please do NOT inquire via Petfinder, social media messengers or in our comments. We will only be looking at applications!

2. Please make sure you fill out our adoption application COMPLETELY. We may not be able to respond to applications that are not completely filled out with the proper information. Side note: on our applications, the more details you provide = the better.

3. We prefer applicants live within 60 miles of Closter, NJ. (Applicants who live farther away may still apply. However, please note we do prioritize local applications as we try our best to serve our local community first.)

4. Please respect our organization, our volunteers and our process. As a reminder, our organization is a nonprofit. We receive no money from the state. We have no paid employees! This is a polite reminder that we are doing our best to make the right decisions for the animals in our care. Thank you.
