Wynona - Shepherd Dog for Adoption in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

When a volunteer first met Wynona, she was terrified, cowering in the back of her kennel. But with just a few minutes of patience and kindness, she completely came out of her shell. Before long, she was soaking up every hug and kiss she could get.

A few weeks later, that same volunteer saw Wynona again. This time, Wynona greeted her with excitement, as if she remembered the person who had shown her love. Her confidence had already started to grow.

Despite being just a puppy, Wynona has a wonderfully calm temperament. She's curious about the world but happiest right by your side, making her the definition of a velcro dog. She also loves other dogs and lit up with excitement when she spotted one nearby. During her temperament test with another female dog, she was friendly, affectionate, and eager to be close to her new canine friend.
