Jemma - Scottish Terrier and Mixed Breed Dog for Adoption in Chicago, Illinois

This little cutie is spayed and fully healthy! She is up to date on vaccines. She is also microchipped!

: Housebreaking - She has good house manners but may have an occasional accident while adjusting to a new home.

: Crate Training - Working on it! She is learning that the crate is a safe, positive space with continued practice. She may bark while settling down after being left alone.

: Leash walking - She walks nicely on a leash and enjoys exploring with their person.

: Dog-friendly - She enjoys sharing her foster home with a dog pal but can be nervous when meeting other dogs on walks, so may benefit from thoughtful introductions to new pals.

: Cat-friendly - She lives with dog-savvy cats in her foster home but has been kept separated as she is very cat curious and is learning boundaries. She may do best in a home without cats or with a very slow intro period to confident cats.

Kid-friendly - Not sure, she has not met any kids while with us



Jemma is a spunky, bright-eyed gal who loves to love her person. She wants to be on your lap or walking by your side. She was so shell shocked at first, but has blossomed in to such a sweet snuggly pal. Her strut & tail wags are the best!


Jemma's adoption fee is $300, and she will make a great addition to her future home!

This pet has not been DNA tested, we are unsure of their actual breed makeup, but these are the breeds we think they look like!
