Nova - Miniature Poodle and Mixed Breed Dog for Adoption in Chicago, Illinois

This curly girl is spayed and fully healthy! She is up to date on vaccines. She is also microchipped!

: Housebreaking - She has good house manners but may have an occasional accident while adjusting to a new home.

: Crate Training - She has done well with free-roam of a doggy-proofed area when home alone, and has not been crated while with us

: Leash walking - She walks nicely on a leash and enjoys exploring!

: Dog-friendly - She has seemed friendly and curious when she sees other dogs on walks, but has not yet had close interactions

: Cat-friendly - Not sure, she has not been tested with cats. We would recommend a slow introduction with a way to separate the home for each pet.

Kid-friendly - Not sure, she hasn't met any kids while in our care



Nova is a wonderful companion who is sweet, smart, and very well-mannered. She seems to already know commands like "sit," "no," "come," and "let's go," and she responds really well to them. She gets excited when she sees the leash because she knows it means she's going for a walk, which she loves. Nova is a sweet little shadow who loves to follow her person everywhere, but she also respects her own time and space. She enjoys being near you without constantly demanding attention, which makes her so easy and lovely to be around.



Nova's adoption fee is $300, and she will make a great addition to her future home!

This pet has not been DNA tested, we are unsure of their actual breed makeup, but these are the breeds we think they look like!
