Buzz - Rottweiler Dog for Adoption in Myerstown, Pennsylvania

Meet Buzz!

He is a handsome Rottweiler who is estimated to be around 4–5 years old and weighs 107 pounds. He found his way to us as a stray and was not reclaimed.

Buzz can be a little independent when meeting new people, but he starts to warm up with some of his favorite treats and once he feels more comfortable in his surroundings. He enjoys gentle pets from his human friends and going for casual walks where he can take his time sniffing and exploring his surroundings. Buzz knows how to “sit” on command and likes to hear the squeak of a squeaky toy! The shelter environment can be a little overwhelming for Buzz, and he would likely thrive in a calm, patient home where he can decompress, settle in at his own pace, and learn just how wonderful being a dog can be. With time, patience, and plenty of tasty treats, Buzz will blossom into a wonderful companion!

Buzz enjoyed meeting a new dog at the shelter and has the potential to live with another dog. A meet-and-greet with any resident dogs would take place at the shelter to make sure everyone is a good match. No feline friends for Buzz, please! He would do best with dog-savvy teens aged 14 and older.

This handsome guy is available now and ready to find his forever family! This handsome guy is hoping to find a patient and loving home where he can settle in, gain confidence, and discover all the comforts of home!
