Meet Trudy - Your Adventure Buddy and Snuggle Partner!

Trudy is the kind of dog everyone falls in love with the moment they meet her so how she was picked up as a stray and spent time in the pound is a mystery. This BEAUTIFUL pointer is ENERGETIC, incredibly SWEET, AFFECTIONATE, and truly EVERYBODY'S FRIEND. Whether it's kids, new people, or other dogs, Trudy greets the world with a HAPPY wagging tail.

She's an active, curious girl who loves to EXPLORE and would thrive with a family that enjoys the outdoors--walks, hikes, playtime in the yard or weekend ADVENTURES or road trips. Trudy is also PLAYFUL and loves to roughhouse with her doggy friends, making her a great companion for another fun-loving pup.

Trudy rides well in the car is both crate and house trained and walks nicely on a leash. She's currently learning her "crate" command and is EAGER TO PLEASE and this SMART girl picks things up quickly!

While she's curious about cats, she'll do best with a family willing to guide her as she continues learning. With a little structure and love, she'll shine even brighter. After a day of play and adventure, Trudy is more than happy to settle in, relax, and soak up all the CUDDLES she can get.
