Meet Donkey!

Donkey is a total go with the flow kinda guy. His mama is Fiona and they are currently together in their foster home and doing so well. All he wants is to play and love you but is also relaxed and independent that he doesn't mind to play by himself and settle himself (his foster gives them a lot of space because of mama Fiona). He's a cuddle bug and the is the cutest nugget you've ever seen. He is working on his potty training right now and just all puppy! He loves his mom, humans, toys, and FOOD. Donkey is a glutton- the cutest professional eater. His face will make your heart melt and his clumsy mannerisms and playful spirit will have you laughing all day!

If Donkey could talk, he'd say "I love you and want to cuddle and play and love you forever and eat all the food and I love you and oh theres my mom and she's so great look at her, she's the best, she's so beautiful, I love her, lets play!!!!!"

He is being fostered in Richmond, VA and is up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations, has been dewormed, and is on monthly preventatives. His adoption fee is $375 and covers the cost of age-appropriate core vaccinations, microchip, and required neuter when age-appropriate. We require that all adopters, regardless of the dogs age, are committed to ongoing training and socialization as part of responsible ownership. Spay/Neuter Disclosure:
Spay/Neuter will be scheduled when age-appropriate and is covered in the adoption fee. We require adopters to be within a reasonable distance of Richmond or Virginia Beach in order to complete spay/neuter with our approved clinics.

Beagles and Bentleys has an across-the-board evaluative process that we apply to every application we review that prioritizes our animals in need. We conduct a vet reference check (all resident dogs must be altered/up to date on dhpp/rabies and monthly preventatives, and cats must be altered and up to date on rabies) and a virtual home visit call where we discuss the adoption process and see your home.
