DESCRIPTION
Meet Rosie!
Rosie is a young girl at the age of 1 years old and she is so ready to explore the world and meet you! Like super excited!
She is looking for an active owner and someone who can keep up with her. Rosie does well with dogs and she may benefit from a dog buddy to help with her energy levels. We think she would do well with a cat. She seems non-reactive to the cats here at the shelter. Kids? We prefer her to be 12 years old and up for kids only due to her energy levels. She is so excited for life that she might knock small children down.
Rosie is so friendly with everyone she meets. No one is a stranger to her! She is ready to jump into your lap and meet you. She would do great with a big family or small.
If Rosie sounds like your kind of girl, please contact the Humane Society of Macomb or go to our website to fill out the pre-adoption form.Thank you for showing an interest in our pets. We can never guarantee the breeds of the animals. We do not DNA test. Please feel free to call us with any questions.
ABOUT: MIXED BREED DOG BREED
The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.
The Pit Bull Terrier is a resilient and loyal breed known for its muscular build and loving nature. Originally bred for bull baiting and later dog fighting, Pit Bulls today are beloved family pets cherished for their gentle temperament and playful personality. With proper training and socialization, Pit Bull Terriers make affectionate companions that thrive on human interaction. Recognized for their strength and agility, these dogs require regular exercise and mental stimulation to channel their energy positively, reinforcing their reputation as devoted and trainable pets.
