Meet Fruit Snack!

Fruit Snack is a 6 month old, Neutered Male, Staffordshire Terrier mix.

This adorable and stubby boy is still just a puppy and is going to make a welcome addition to most home settings! He was transferred to us from Oakland County Animal Control, helping them clear some kennel space in their shelter. So far with us he's a genuinely sweet puppy. He can be a little reserved at first but warms up quickly and exhibits normal puppy behaviors. He will need some work with housebreaking, crate training, and training with manners and obedience.

Fruit Snack does well with other dogs and would love a playmate in his forever home. He should do just fine with kids but has not yet been tested with cats.

If your application was approved and you received a call back from the Humane Society of Macomb for a meet and greet, plan to take the animal home that day. We cannot place puppies/dogs on hold to come pick up for another day.
