Meet Angel Gabriel — a strikingly handsome tan and white American Pit Bull Terrier mix with the most breathtaking blue eyes you have ever seen on a dog. This sweet and gentle 1-year-old boy arrived at the shelter on April 12th after his family could no longer care for him, and through absolutely no fault of his own this beautiful boy now waits in Kennel #801 for a new family to open their hearts and their home to him.
 
Angel Gabriel is dog friendly, wonderful with children, walks beautifully on leash, and follows basic commands — everything about him says he was raised with love and care. He is quiet and calm, the kind of dog who brings a sense of peace to every room he walks into. At just a year old he is still in the earliest chapter of his life, with endless years of loyalty and devotion just waiting to be given to the right family.
 
Angel Gabriel is already neutered, heartworm negative, and up to date on all of his vaccines — healthy and completely ready for the fresh start he so deserves. This pet is available for adoption from Cobb County Animal Services, 1060 Al Bishop Dr. Marietta, GA 30008, (770) 499-4136. Shelter hours: Tues. - Sun. 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., closed Mondays & Holidays. The adoption includes shots, altering, a heartworm or combo test and a microchip.
