Every family has that one sibling who's the life of the party...and the other who's quietly winning everyone's heart.

That's Violet.

Violet is a dainty 4-month-old puppy who made the trip from Alabama with her bigger, bolder sister Iris. While Iris is usually the first to say hello, Violet is perfectly happy taking a moment to check things out before she joins the fun. Once she knows you're a friend, though? Get ready for tail wags, puppy kisses, and a loyal little shadow.

Violet is the kind of puppy who notices the little things - a cozy blanket, a sunny spot on the floor, a gentle scratch behind the ears. She may not always be the loudest in the room, but she has a quiet way of making people fall completely in love with her.

Don't let Violet's petite frame fool you - she still has plenty of puppy energy, and she's a fighter, having survived Parvovirus! She loves playing with toys, romping around with her sister, and discovering the world one sniff at a time. After a good play session, you'll usually find her curled up for a nap, dreaming about her future family.

Violet is still learning all the important puppy skills, so she'll need a family that's excited to help her grow into the amazing dog she's meant to be. With a little patience, a few treats, and lots of love, we know she'll blossom into the perfect companion.

Violet's adoption fee is $450. This animal is spayed, and is up to date on core vaccines.

She will need a Heartworm test between 6-7 months of age at the adopter's own vet.

Since she is a puppy, any adopter should anticipate needing to work on housebreaking and other training using positive reinforcement training only.
