Okay... LOOK AT THIS FACE. Richard is the kind of guy who looks at you like, Oh my gosh, youre PERFECT. Can I sit in your lap? Can I be in your face? Can I stare at you all day? Are you my mommy now?
Richard was found as a stray, and sadly, no one ever came looking for him. So now its our job to find this sweet brindle boy the home he deserves.

Hes around 40 pounds, and were guessing maybe 1-2 years old. And honestly... Richard is basically a toddler trapped inside a dogs body. He has ENERGY, enthusiasm, and absolutely no concept of personal space. He just wants to be involved in EVERYTHING youre doing.

Richard would benefit so much from training, consistency, structure, and someone willing to show him the ropes. Hes eager for attention and so incredibly people-oriented—we really think with someone willing to put that time into him, he is going to be an AMAZING dog.

Because our boy can be a little enthusiastic with his love, were asking for older, respectful children simply because he may accidentally send a toddler flying when the zoomies hit.
There isnt a mean bone behind it, Richard just hasnt quite figured out that he isnt toddler-sized himself.
And underneath all that goofy energy?
He is SO SWEET.

He wants to crawl right into your lap, get as close to your face as humanly possible, and look at you like you hung the moon.
Someone out there needs a goofy, beautiful brindle best friend.
