Bonnie - Mixed Breed Dog for Adoption in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan

Bonnie
DOB: 2026-06
Weight: 26 lbs (as of 2026-10-23)

Bonnie was born about mid June and came to NH in September. Bonnie scores 230% on the “who’s a good girl” scale. Bonnie has a beautiful velvet like shiny coat with very soft brown eyes. We call her Bonnie the Lab’y because she looks a like a lab and has that calm personality. She can be a bit shy at first but not for long.

Bonnie is a very smart gal who has quickly learned: house training, running to her crate for food time, my food is not Bonnie’s food, no you can’t eat the toilet paper from the roll, and all the rules of the house.

She loves to chase a tennis ball in the yard. We’re very close to the “bring it back to me” stage but her puppy brain now prefers to have you chase her around. Bonnie plays really well independently with her toys. She would be a great companion for another dog or a human family to cherish her alone.

We have done no leash training. That’s for her forever home because she is still a baby. We do go walking daily to a green strip with a long lead and she loves it. Sniffing, jumping, and jogging. Bonnie rides really well in the car and has been excellent during vet visits. Bonnie loves cuddling on the couch in the evening and sleeps soundly through the night in her dog bed beside the big bed. Is she a fit for you? Apply for perfect pup Bonnie.

Adoption fee is $495 ($200 will be returned upon proof of spay). She is microchipped, dewormed, and current on vaccines.

The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.
