Meet Scooter!

Scooter is an adorable 9–10 week old male puppy who is part of a litter we took in after a local owner asked for help finding safe, loving homes for the puppies. Our rescue focuses heavily on spay and neuter, and we were able to have mama dog spayed so she won’t have to raise another litter again.

Scooter is incredibly loving, affectionate, playful, and full of puppy charm. Great with other dogs, respectfully curious about cats, and currently in foster in Portland where he’s starting potty training and learning puppy basics.

Around 10–14 lbs now and expected to be medium-sized when fully grown. He’s received his 3 puppy booster vaccines and Bordetella vaccine so far. Rabies vaccine will still be needed when age-appropriate, and adopter-covered mandatory spay/neuter is required.
