Meet Coco: A funny, playful, medium energy dog that enjoys other pups, grown ups (he's truly a ladies man), and kids. He has a beautiful red coat and the tiniest little mohawk to remind you how cool he is! He is cat friendly / indifferent and absolutely loves to romp with other dogs; but with the humans, men still make him nervous and it takes awhile to warm up. We think he'll always prefer the ladies, and he's super affectionate and wanting to please. Coco can thrive in a pack or as a single dog; just as long as his family wants him in their lives and includes him. :)

Coco has a great balance of being a friendly dog, but warning his humans if needed. He will always give a deep, "don't screw around" bark when strangers approach the yard; once his human lets him know the person is ok, he slowly checks them out and then he's a wiggle butt and licks / jumps on visitors; absolutely perfect for a person wanting "protection" but not wanting to be worried about inconsistent or aggressive behavior. He likes to run after a thrown ball, but it's a 50% chance he'll return with it, lol. He pushes his way into the cuddle pack to get his share, and is a happy boy. While in foster, he has revived his senior foster brother with friendly play and cuddling affection (see video and pics).

Coco is doing great on leash walks and meeting others while out. He's been exposed to car rides and boat rides, and likes to go on an adventure. He has a fun temperament and is ready for his chosen home. Is that you?
