She can still be a bit timid in new situations, so she'll do best with a patient adopter who can continue helping her feel safe and secure as she adjusts. Gemma walks nicely on a leash, and she knows basic commands like "sit," "come," and "paw," and is eager to please. She enjoys car rides and will happily jump in for an adventure. Gemma has lived with other dogs, cats and young children. She came to the shelter with brother Jax. They can be adopted separately or go home together.
