Toto is a sweet cat that looks older than his actual age. Unfortunately, he grew up in a place where he wasn't well taken care of along with a lot of other cats. Instead of that making him a scared and angry cat, he is affectionate, sweet and outgoing. He still loves people and very much would like to become someone's spoiled house cat.
Toto is not neutered yet, his surgery date is scheduled for 5/13.
