Meet Henry!

Henry is a sweet, sensitive boy who is still learning that the world can be a safe place. He struggles with anxiety around people and new situations, so he will need a patient, understanding, and experienced family willing to let him build confidence at his own pace.

Henry loves other dogs and would likely benefit from a confident canine companion. He does well with cats and livestock, enjoys running around in a secure fenced yard, and is comfortable in a crate or loose in the house. While he can be very timid, he has shown a sweet side, occasionally seeking out his foster for morning pets!

Leash work is especially stressful for Henry, and he may growl or have accidents when frightened. He will need a family who understands fearful dogs, respects his boundaries, and is committed to helping him feel safe.

Henry will need time, patience, and lots of understanding, but he deserves a home where he can continue learning to trust and feel loved. Could you be his person?
