Oreo - Mixed Breed Dog for Adoption in Dubuque, Iowa

Meet Oreo—a classic name for a one-of-a-kind girl!

At 8 years old and 40 pounds, Oreo is ready to find a family for her next chapter. We’re still getting to know this lovely lady, but she’s already given us something to smile about: she’s done well with other dogs in our playgroups!

While we’re still discovering her favorite activities and what makes her personality shine, Oreo could be a promising match for a home with a canine companion. Our team can help arrange introductions to see how everyone gets along.

You don’t need a glass of milk to enjoy this Oreo—just room in your life for a new friend! Ask our team about meeting her.

The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.
